Scope

Design of a forward-thinking web application that reimagines production scheduling through agentic AI. Lipslogic, focused on transforming how teams plan, coordinate, and execute complex production workflows, needed a digital interface capable of expressing both the intelligence and reliability of their next-generation scheduling system.

Process

To understand the diverse landscape of production environments, detailed user personas were developed representing schedulers, production managers, and on-site coordinators. These personas uncovered the pain points of traditional scheduling—manual updates, fragmented communication, and inefficient task allocation. A structured competitive analysis of existing scheduling tools helped identify gaps that Lipslogic’s agentic AI could uniquely solve.

Solution

The centerpiece of the design became the AI-Orchestrated Scheduling Hub, where users could visualize real-time schedules generated and continuously optimized by agentic AI. Interactive timeline views and dependency-aware task modules allowed teams to understand complex constraints at a glance while still retaining manual control when needed. Intelligent suggestions, conflict resolution prompts, and automated resource planning enabled faster, more accurate scheduling.
