Scope
Design of a comprehensive hotel analytics and retention platform aimed at helping hospitality teams understand guest behavior, anticipate needs, and strengthen loyalty. Achoo, positioned at the forefront of data-driven hospitality, needed a digital experience that could translate complex operational insights into clear, actionable guidance.
Process
To ensure the platform met the needs of various hotel roles, a set of personas was developed—ranging from general managers to marketing specialists and guest experience leads. These personas uncovered recurring challenges: scattered data sources, limited visibility into guest sentiment, and difficulty identifying churn risks early. A competitive analysis of hospitality analytics tools helped highlight opportunities for differentiating Achoo’s approach.
Solution
The resulting design centered around the Guest Intelligence Dashboard, offering real-time visibility into booking trends, sentiment indicators, and loyalty metrics. Predictive retention signals surfaced guests at risk of churn, while dynamic profiles provided rich behavioral insights and suggested engagement actions. Cohort analysis tools empowered teams to track patterns across stays, segments, and experiences.
